DESCRIPTION

The Moulding Machine S. made by Tecnolat enables the fast and safe moulding of stracciatella (straccietti and cream) dough. The size of the straccetti can be specified by the customer according to his needs.

STRACCIATELLA PREPARATION AND DISPATCH PLANT

DESCRIPTION

The plant was designed by Tecnolat to prepare stracciatella (cream and shreds) in mixing tanks and send it gently to the users. The line is emptied so that all unused product (stracciatella) can be recovered. The plant is completely C.I.P. washable.

BURRATA PRODUCTION TANK

DESCRIPTION

Tecnolat's flagship are the BURRATE PRODUCTION TANKS. The vats can be equipped with 2 or 4 dosing units depending on the daily production required. If the customer so desires, a firming zone for the Burrate produced can be added. The Stracciatella vats can be filled with the STRACCIATELLA PREPARATION AND DELIVERY SYSTEM in order to have a fully automatic line. The tanks can be sanitised using C.I.P.
