Tecnolat “Curd Maturation/Drainage System” allows an automated management of the maturation/cutting in blocks of the curd and draining of the whey. Matching it with cheese making vats and curd conveyors, it is possible to obtain a line for pasta-filata of highly hygienic degree, ensuring a greater shelf-life and quality of the final product. Highly automated line: the management of the various process phases is carried out by the operator panel, leaving the operator only the task of supervision and control.
Curd Wagons
TECNOLAT curd wagon, made entirely of stainless steel AISI 304, ensures, through an excellent drainage , the removal of the residual whey. Used in the production of pasta filata cheese.
